Sanctuary

The

sanctuary is designed along classic New England lines, providing a congenial atmosphere for worship and meditation. Three beautiful stained glass windows depict the pilgrim festivals of Pesach, Shavout and Sukkot. Individual listening devices for hearing enhancement, as well as large-print prayer books, are available.
Social Hall and Other Facilities
The

main floor of our building also includes the Rabbi's study, the offices of our Religious School Director and our office manager, classrooms and our library. The lower level of the building houses a social hall bursting with activity from rummage sales to Oneg Shabbats and informal summer services, a busy kitchen and a multi-purpose wing filled with classrooms for children and adults, as well as meetings and other activities. An elevator as well as a staircase provide convenient access to the lower floor.
Library
The

Nathan Reifler Memorial Library houses the only Jewish circulating library in the Mid-Hudson Valley, with selections including Jewish religious and reference materials, classic and current Jewish fiction, biography, philosophy, and history, as well as a special children's section. The library collection also features recordings, audio and video tapes, CDs, DVDs and filmstrips on a wide variety of Jewish subjects. (See also
